Privacy policy

1. Who processes the data
Aman eSIM processes the personal data you leave when ordering an eSIM on https://amanesim.kz. The operator is the seller whose details are listed below. Questions: WhatsApp +77000000000.
2. What data we collect
For the order: phone and/or email, selected plan, quantity, interface language, travel-agent code if you entered one, and technical order data (number, status, ICCID after issue).
For payment: amount and payment IDs at the payment partner. We do not store card numbers or CVV.
For ads and analytics: UTM tags and click IDs (for example fbclid, ttclid, gclid) if you arrived from an ad. They are stored in cookies and copied into the order.
3. Why
We need the data to take payment, issue the eSIM, send the link by email, help in support, calculate a partner commission if the order came via their code or link, comply with the law and handle disputes.
4. Who we share with
The eSIM provider — to buy and issue the profile. The payment partner — to take payment and refunds. The email service — if an email is given. Hosting and the database are in the Republic of Kazakhstan (PS Cloud).
We may send ad platforms the fact of a purchase without extra contacts, in the volume needed for ad measurement. We do not sell contact lists.
5. Retention
We keep orders and related events as long as needed for issue, support, accounting and protecting rights, but no longer than the law requires. Ad cookies last for a limited time (partner referral tag — up to 30 days).
6. Your rights
You may request information about processing, correction or deletion of data unless that conflicts with the duty to keep the order. Contact us on WhatsApp with the order number. We may ask you to confirm that the request comes from the contact on the order.
7. Cookies and pixels
The site uses necessary cookies (language, partner link, ad tags). If Meta or TikTok pixels are connected, they may collect visit data under their own rules. You can turn off advertising cookies in browser settings; the order will still be available.
